Former ROH Champion signs with WWE

While there have been reports of WWE cutting costs, it appears that the budget cuts do not apply when it comes to signing the world class talents with the company.

In the past few months, WWE has signed multiple ROH veterans including the likes of Roderick Strong and Kyle O’Reilly, and now the company has signed another former ROH World Champion.

Pwinsider is reporting that former ROH World Heavyweight Champion Adam Cole has signed a deal with WWE and he’ll be working with the Development Territory of the company NXT.

Cole has worked for multiple famous indie wrestling companies including the likes of ROH, CZW and PWG since beginning his pro wrestling career back in 2008.

During this time he has won more than a dozen championships in various promotions. It’s currently not known when he’ll begin his stint with NXT.
