Former WWE Diva Celeste “Kaitlyn” Bonin Is Returning To The Ring

Kaitlyn, AKA Celeste Bonin, has been quite busy since her departure from WWE in January 2014. In July of that year, she stated that she was officially retiring, deciding to focus on her marriage and her clothing line, Celestial Bodiez, which she had launched a month prior. Since her retirement, the former champion has also gone back into the bodybuilding world, working for a handful of blog sites and even appearing on the cover of the April 2016 edition of Iron Man Magazine.

Bonin has definitely kept herself busy, but has also stayed in touch with the WWE family she left behind. She occasionally shows up on Big E’s Twitter account when she finds herself backstage at WWE events, and is even a part of a running gag in a video series Big E has been working on since his main roster debut.

Back in September, Bonin posted this on her Instagram, showing the former ChickBuster working out in ring again. Around this time, it was unknown whether or not she was preparing for an in ring return or not. Until recently, she hadn’t hinted at a return, and only referred to these sessions as “workouts.”

However, Squared Circle Sirens broke the news that Bonin has been training with Pablo Marquez for an in ring return, and looks to make her come back at Coastal Championship Wrestling.

“Celeste, who has been training under Pablo Marquez, the president and Head Trainer at The Main Event Training Center in Ft Lauderdale, Florida, will be making  her return to wrestling at Coastal Championship Wrestling’s February 10th event in Coral Springs, Florida.”

This will be Bonin’s first official wrestling match in over four years.
