In some disturbing news, former WWE talent Shad Gaspard has been declared missing after getting caught in a strong rip tide at the Marina Del Rey beach yesterday.
TMZ report that Gaspard and his son were part of a group that got caught in the rip tide around 4PM. Lifeguards reportedly raced to get people out of the water and were directed by Gaspard to his 10-year-old son, before he was submerged by a larger wave underwater. His son was rescued safely and did not require any medical treatment.
There is hope he will be found on land in a surrounding area, however rescuers called off the search for Gaspard in the water at 7:30PM yesterday, according to CBS.
