– It is being reported by MMA Weekly that the much rumored heavyweight fight between Frank Mir and Cheick Kongo has been verbally agreed by both parties and is set to take place at UFC 107.
Mir is coming off a TKO loss to Brock Lesnar at UFC 100, while Kongo lost a unanimous decision to Cain Velasquez at UFC 99. UFC 107 is currently scheduled for December 12 at the FedEx Forum in Memphis, Tennessee.
