The Superstar Shake-up has been concluded and major changes have been made to both brands. On the second night of the Superstar Shake-up event, several big transactions were made and yards were claimed.
We started off with Finn Balor bringing his prestigious Intercontinental Championship to the Land of Opportunities. On his very first night on the blue brand, Balor put up his title on the line against ALI and successfully defended it.
We then saw the arrival of Lars Sullivan who battered R-Truth and scared the living hell out of Carmella. Sullivan had been making rounds on both the brands until now but he will bleed blue moving forward.
Then, the Shenom Ember Moon interrupted Becky Lynch only to be interrupted herself by none other than Bayley. In the very same segment, Paige came out and introduced a new tag team of Asuka and the debuting Kairi Sane.
The Best Kept Secret in WWE, Buddy Murphy, announced via a video segment that he will soon arrive at the Land of Opportunities. The former Cruiserweight Champion formerly competed on 205 LIVE but it seems like he will now be a permanent part of SmackDown LIVE.
And finally, Vince McMahon introduced his “biggest acquisition in SmackDown history” and it was none other than ELIAS. However, we all knew that it was just a bust and the real big surprise came in the form of the Big Dog Roman Reigns, who announced that SmackDown will now officially be his yard.
