Jeff Hardy was arrested last week in Moore County, North Carolina, and charged with a DWI. The event took place on October 3rd around 11:30 pm that night. Hardy has been arrested a handful of times since returning to the WWE back in 2017, including an incident earlier this summer where he was taken in for public intoxication while in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.Â
Now, more details have been revealed as to what took place last week. TMZ recently revealed that Hardy had a bloody nose during the traffic stop. According to Hardy, he received that during a fight with his wife earlier in the night.
Along with admitting to a domestic dispute, the police report revealed that Hardy also failed to cooperate with the arresting officer, initially refusing to give a blood sample or take a Breathalyzer. When asked about Hardy’s fight with his wife, the police revealed that they wouldn’t be investigating it unless he filed a complaint.
As reported earlier, Jeff Hardy is set to appear in court on November 7th.
