Gail Kim Talks About TNA, Michelle McCool Talks About Being a Heel and More

– MSN.com conducted interviews with Mickie James, Michelle McCool and Gail Kim this past weekend prior to SummerSlam.

During Gail Kim’s interview, she was asked if there is a different vibe between WWE and her former employer, TNA.

“Definitely. TNA is smaller,” Kim told MSN.com. “WWE is a bigger production and you get many more fans. It’s so exciting to perform in front of so many people. It is what we thrive off of.”

During their interview with Mickie James, she was asked if she has any desire to turn heel. She said she would embrace the opportunity if asked.

“If it came to that, I would totally embrace that opportunity. I am very much a perfectionist so if I were to turn heel, I’d want to be the nastiest girls out there, where the people hated me,” James told MSN.com. “It’d be a really hard task for me because I am a fan favorite and there has been a lot of hard work on my part to earn their respect. So, even if they hated me, I think they’d still love me.”

During their interview with Michelle McCool, she discusses taking up the 2004 Diva Search on a dare, becoming the first woman to hold both women’s championships, bikinis, and more. She was also asked about playing a villain, saying she very much enjoys it.

“It’s the all-American girl gone bad,” McCool said. “Initially, the name callings from 6- and 7-year-olds was tough. My heart was in my stomach. But it is more fun to play someone that you are not. I think for the rest of my life, I don’t want them to ever cheer for me again.”
