Rusev is a known star in the professional wrestling world now. While not yet a world champion, the Bulgarian Brute is one of the most popular competitors in the WWE.
When he was training to become a wrestler, he worked with Gangrel and Rikishi. While at Florida Supercon, Gangrel spoke about Rusev’s heart and will to become a professional wrestler.
He was a big Bulgarian guy from Bulgaria. He moved from Bulgaria to become a professional wrestler and the cat slept in his car. He didn’t miss a class.
He was delivering food, bouncing in a bar, and driving a taxi. But in-between all that, he was at wrestling school or sleeping in that parking lot so he wouldn’t miss his next class. His dedication is proof that hard work pays off.
