Now Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer has confirmed that the former WCW World Champion is indeed going to headline the Hall Of Fame this year.

Furthermore, Dave indicated that the announcement regarding it could be made soon in order to boost ticket sales for the ceremony which will take place in New Orleans on April 6th.

No other names have been confirmed for an induction, but WWE recently announced that the Dudley Boyz will appear at the Raw 25th-anniversary show and after this announcement, it seems more likely that they will be inducted this year.
