WWE Hall of Famer Goldberg had received flak from wrestling fans over the years. Some fans feel like Goldberg is a danger to those he wrestles. He hasn’t wrestled for the WWE in quite some time now, but that hasn’t stopped him being in the news.
Goldberg reveals which star he loves to death
has been a dominant star inside the squared circle right from his days in WCW. His undefeated streak is one of the iconic feats in the industry. He might be returning to WWE soon. WWE Hall of Famer Bret ‘The Hitman’ Hart has bashed the WCW legend multiple times. Hart has accused the WCW legend of ending his career. The latter recently addressed the fateful incident that led The Hitman to bid farewell from the ring. The WCW legend also received flak after he was booked in a match against ‘The Fiend’ that he eventually won. He recently spoke about AEW star Chris Jericho, with whom he had a backstage brawl back in the day.
While speaking with Shakiel Mahjouri of SHAK Wrestling, Goldberg stated that he loves Chris Jericho to death even after their backstage fight:
“I’d love to [go back in time and put something together], I really would,” said Goldberg. “Chris and I have had a fairly rocky relationship throughout the years but we’re kind of the same guy a little bit and I think that’s why we budded heads in the beginning, one of the reasons. Hey man, I love Chris to death. I do. I’m actually doing his podcast in a week. Yeah, so life’s too short to [hold grudges]. He’s always come to bat for me which was truly heart wrenching for me. It was. To know that we’ve been through what we went through and this dude would go to bat for me, that just shows what a good freakin dude he is.”
