Hideo Itami and NJPW Superstar and living legend Katsuyori Shibata go long back. The two share a special bond with each other and they recently reunited during WWE’s tour of Japan.

However, Itami took it a step further and decided to pay a homage to his “soulmate” at a recent live event in Japan. Itami sat cross-legged up cross-legged during one of his matches in a similar way as Shibata. A huge Shibata chant went up because of this.
