We noted before how WWE removed both Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn’s profiles from WWE.com and they also removed their announced WrestleMania match from the listing of the event.
However, it’s pretty clear that both these wrestlers will still be a part of the PPV and they are likely to face Daniel Bryan and Shane McMahon in a tag team match at the show of Shows.
Bryan Alvarez of the Wrestling Observer recently talked about this bout and speculated that the company could add a stipulation to it, making it either an unsanctioned match or a street fight.
It wouldn’t be a big surprise if this speculation turns out to be true as KO and Zayn carried their attack on Shane’O Mac outside of the ring as well and it would only make sense that their match at Mania has a stipulation which allows them to fight outside of the squared circle.
No word yet on when Shane McMahon will return to WWE Programming after the assault but it will likely be on the go home episode of SmackDown Live for WrestleMania 34.
