It seems like it’s finally going to happen. The Heart Break Kid Shawn Michaels might actually come out of his 8-year retirement by the end of this year.
Dave Meltzer reported on the latest issue of Wrestling Observer Newsletter that Michaels’ return is basically confirmed at this point. He reports that Michaels will team-up with Triple H to take on The Undertaker and Kane aka The Brothers of Destruction at WWE’s second event from Saudi Arabia – Crown Jewel.
The set-up for this match should happen at the Super Show-down event in Melbourne on October 6th. The event will see Triple H take on the Undertaker one-on-one for the last time.
Michaels is set to be in Triple H’s corner while Kane will be watching his brother’s back during this match.
