Legendary TV Personality Regis Philbin passed away yesterday at the age of 88. Philbin had a long history with pro-wrestling and WWE paid their respect to the late legend in a public statement.
Many WWE legends commented on Philbin’s passing and one of them was WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan. Hogan took to his Twitter handle to pay his final respects to his old friend in a heartfelt post.
The Hulkster said that Philbin’s was the only show that he was excited to be on. He fondly remembered Philbin for his professionalism and his tendency to sneak attack The Hulkster whenever he was on the show.

Philbin was an American icon and a true stalwart of Show Business. May his soul rest in peace.
