WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair is eyeing for a in-ring return. Flair is undoubtedly one of the greatest stars to step foot inside the squared circle. It has been reported earlier that Ric Flair is training with AEW star Jay Lethal. It seems that ‘The Nature Boy’, is coming out of retirement to perform in the ring. Fans have been concerned about his health and his age is a huge factor. Ric Flair talked bout his in-ring return. The Nature Boy had explained that he isn’t coming back for a payday.
Ric Flair talks about a potential Hulk Hogan return
“The Nature Boy” addressed the rumors that Hulk Hogan was coming out of retirement to square off against Flair for his comeback match for Jim Crockett Promotions during the latest episode of Flair’s To Be The Man podcast.
“Not that I know. I think you would have run that by me…He’s invited. I’ve talked to him personally to come to the roast and come watch the match. But yeah, he hasn’t confirmed for sure but I’m pretty sure he’ll be there.”
Flair recently made an important announcement where he stated that he and his wife, former WCW employee Wendy Barlow had decided to part ways. Flair and Barlow were married in 2018 and the legendary pro-wrestler announced the couple’s separation on Twitter, months after a photo he denied was real leaked of him with a woman on a train.
Ric Flair will make his return to the squared circle on July 31st, it will take place as a part of the huge Starrcast wrestling convention. Flair will team with the FTR to take on the Rock n Roll Express and a mystery partner. Ric Flair is also set for a Starrcast convention in Nashville, Tennessee.
