Impact Star recalls time he was roommate of Dean Ambrose

Before coming to WWE and becoming famous as Dean Ambrose, the Lunatic Fringe spent a lot of time in the independent circuit and made a name for himself as Jon Moxley.

During a recent interview with Wrestling Inc, Impact wrestling star Eli Drake recalled his early days in the business, revealing that both him and Ambrose were actually roommates at a time.

According to Drake, they both lived together for almost two years and he would like to work with the former WWE Champion once again if they were ever to be on the same marquee:

“We actually lived together, we were roommates for about a year and a half, two years, something like that, We started at the same place, even Sami Callihan was part of a trio with us, so there’s a lot of names that came out of that H.W.A.-Cincinnati area. But yeah, it’s cool to see that, that’s a guy I’d like to work with again if we were ever to be on the same marquee. But who knows? Never say never.”

Apart from this, Eli Drake also recalled how he didn’t get along with the former WWE trainer Bill DeMott. It’s worth mentioning here that DeMott resigned from his position in 2015 after being accused of misconduct and abusive training tactics by multiple ex-trainees.
