Chris Jericho is the AEW World Champion and arguably the top star in the company. So it is natural he brings in a lot of ratings.
On Wrestling Observer Live, Bryan Alvarez noted an interesting detail regarding Chris Jericho. He is the only star in AEW who has never lost to NXT. His segments have never been beaten by WWE and did not lose viewers.
NXT came out on top in ratings during this week’s Wednesday Night Wars, but Jericho remains undefeated for now. Y2J faced off against Jungle Boy this past week on AEW Dynamite, which was well-received by fans.
We will have to see how the Wednesday Night Wars continue next year.
