Brock Lesnar was reported to have gone home before WWE Raw, but now it is being reported that the new WWE Champion will be on the show.

Brock Lesnar apparently returned home yesterday and is therefore very unlikely to be on #WWERaw tonight. That’s surprising considering how many people were talking about his title win over the weekend. I assumed WWE would have wanted to capitalise on the momentum.

Brock Lesnar is undoubtedly one of the most dominant pro wrestlers to have ever competed inside the squared circle. He had two tremendous runs in WWE, both of which resulted in him winning major World Championships and being a huge draw for fans. Brock Lesnar has been absent from WWE television ever since he dropped the WWE Championship to Drew McIntyre at WrestleMania 36 last year. Brock Lesnar was also previously called out by a Superstar from Monday Night RAW.
Brock Lesnar made his return at WWE SummerSlam and then appeared on a previous episode of Friday Night Smackdown and confronted Roman Reigns for a WWE Universal Championship match, which he eventually accepted.
The two were set to square off against each other at WWE Crown Jewel for the WWE Universal Championship on October 21st in Saudi Arabia. At the event, Brock Lesnar ended up losing the match after interference from The Usos and Roman Reigns using the WWE Universal Championship to hit Lesnar in the head.
At WWE Day 1, Brock Lesnar won the WWE Championship after defeating Big E, Kevin Owens, Seth Rollins and Bobby Lashley in a Fatal Five-Way match. This is because Roman Reigns could not compete at the pay-per-view and face Brock Lesnar because he tested positive for COVID-19.
According to Ringside News, “the Mania plans have not changed” for Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns despite Brock Lesnar winning the WWE Championship. It was said that “this change will only enhance the Roman, Heyman, Brock story.”
Brock Lesnar winning the WWE Title at #WWEDay1 was a big change of plans, but we were told that it won't affect WrestleMania.
