Is Chris Jericho Ready For WWE Return?

Vince McMahon has been WWE Chairman since 1982 when he bought WWE from his father Vince Sr and his partners. McMahon saw quite a few changes in his company over the last few decades on top of that. All through that, the WWE Chairman continued to adapt to the changing times.

However, many fans now feel that he is out of touch and simply has no idea what is good for a WWE Superstar and their growth. The WWE Chairman is larger than life in many ways and he also has his own oddities and problems as well. He also threatened a WWE star in a recent gym videoVince McMahon has been accused of an affair.

Vince McMahon has stepped down as CEO of WWE while the investigation is ongoing. His daughter, Stephanie McMahon, has since been moved into his position on an interim basis. McMahon is still in charge of creative for the company.

Dave Meltzer and Garrett Gonzales covered Vince McMahon’s most recent scandal, where he was said to have paid $12 million in hush money to women over the years.

While speaking on Jim Cornette’s Drive-Thru podcast, Jim Cornette said that Chris Jericho is looking for a WWE Hall of Fame Induction after his most recent comments about Vince McMahon’s slew of allegations.

“Somebody may be wanting a Hall of Fame induction and/or one last run and trying not to close that door…I don’t know how they’re going to force Vince [McMahon] out. So I don’t know how that bad outcome’s gonna happen because he’s got the stock and everything stacked in his favor. But we can’t say nothing’s gonna happen, or this is not gonna be a big deal, or it’s not gonna affect anything. Chris is downplaying it because he still wants a place to go after Tony Khan has an Adderall-induced stroke or heart attack or whatever. But to downplay that in that way, no.”
