We saw a huge spectacle take place at the latest edition of WWE Extreme Rules. The fans for the event were split. Many fans were into the entire show while others said that the show was more on the side of “boring,” according to some fans on Twitter. What was for sure though was the huge spot that happened during the Finn Balor vs Roman Reigns match. Did this spot cause harm to any of the stars? Rey Mysterio Meets With Big AEW Name.
Luckily, the spot that included the ring breaking during the Roman Reigns vs Finn Balor match did not leave either of the stars injured even though it surely looked like it (especially for Finn Balor).
This was all just part of the show, however. Both Finn Balor and Roman Reigns have been reported as cleared and good to go for the next match in their travels. While the night was supposed to be set under extreme rules (as the name states), it truly was far from it especially when comparing it to AEW and what they offer for their more hardcore side of things.
The consensus remains split for Extreme Rules and we will have to see what comes next and if WWE can bounce back from this event on the road.
