Is Vince McMahon Getting Rid Of Logan Paul?

The YouTube sensation Logan Paul is set to face Seth Rollins at this weekend’s WWE WrestleMania 39 at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, California. ‘The Maverick’ has been quite impressive with his in-ring performance. He has already made a mark in WWE, going up against the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns recently.

Previously, Paul dropped a concerning update regarding his WWE contract. He had claimed that his WWE contract is up after WrestleMania 39, so WWE could choose to not renew and let him go.

Logan Paul talks about his contract

While speaking to BT Sport’s Ariel Helwani, Logan Paul talked about his contractual status in WWE. Paul stated that he had signed with the company to work two WrestleMania shows and five events.

The YouTube sensation then went on to state that that conversations about a new deal have been brought up. However, the two sides have yet to finalize any kind of deal yet. Paul then stated that WWE would be silly not to renew his contract.

“This was a topic my manager and I were talking about. My life moves so fast and I don’t know what my stock will be in a year.

It seems a little irresponsible to sign anything longer than a year-long contract. What’s going to happen in a year?”

He added:

“Last year, at this time, I had no idea I was going to be an almost full-time wrestler as a staple of my career, and now I am.

Let’s be honest, they’re going to f*cking renew my contract. I mean, come on. It’d be silly not to.”
