Is WWE Putting Kevin Owens In Danger?

Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn have a storied rivalry that has continued throughout various promotions including ROH and WWE. Kevin Owens also recently dropped a cryptic AEW bombshell.

With former WWE NXT Superstar Adam Cole making his way to AEW at the AEW All Out pay-per-view, many fans have been wondering if more top talents will take their skills to AEW as well. Thanks to Kevin Owens’ recent tweet, many fans began speculating that he will make his way to the company as well.

To add to the rumors, Kevin Owens once again dropped a huge hint regarding his AEW status. The former Universal Champion made a slight tweak to his Twitter account, which definitely did not go unnoticed by fans. He did something similar to what The Young Bucks have done on the social networking platform.

However, all speculations were put to rest after it was revealed that Kevin Owens signed a new contract with WWE. It was said to be a deal of multiple years and worth millions of dollars. According to the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter, WWE has decided to have Kevin Owens work for all the live events during the company’s holiday tour as they are fine with putting him at risk ahead of the WWE Day 1 pay-per-view.

For whatever reason, the decision was made for Kevin Owens to appear on all the shows this week, likely with the idea somebody had to. He seems to be the one they were most willing to risk of those in the two main events
