The former First Daughter recently looked carefree and relaxed just over two weeks after she appeared in court to testify in her father Donald Trump’s civil fraud trial in New York.
New York Attorney General Letitia James filed a $250 million fraud suit against Donald back in April, alleging that he, his three eldest children, his real estate firm, and its top executives falsely inflated property values to obtain cheaper loans.
During her testimony, Ivanka gave careful answers. At least a dozen times she said ‘I don’t recall’ and claimed she didn’t remember details of agreements with bankers going back to 2011. Ivanka and Jared relocated to Miami, Florida, with their three children in January 2021, after her dad left the White House. The couple then purchased the $24 million fixer-upper on Indian Creek Island in April 2021.
Billionaire Alex Meruelo and his wife, Liset Meruelo, sold them the 1.3-acre estate, which was also previously owned by record producer Scott Storch from 2004 to 2008.
The pair spared no expense when they gutted and rebuilt the inside of the mansion, which boasts six bedrooms and eight-and-a-half bathrooms.
