Former President Donald Trump’s daughter Ivanka Trump recently celebrated Mother’s Day at the beach with her husband, Jared Kushner, on Sunday as she continues to mourn the loss of her mother, Ivana Trump.
The former White House senior adviser was spotted relaxing on a lounge chair in a long-sleeve crochet coverup and black swimsuit as she took advantage of the Miami heat.
She sported a straw bucket hat and dark shades. Her hair was pulled back into a ponytail, and she topped off her casual beach look with a pair of flip-flops.
Ivanka, 41, and Jared, 42, did not have their three children with them, but the mom paid tribute to her kids and her mother in a heartfelt Instagram post that day.
‘On the first Mother’s Day following my mother’s passing, I hold space for the beautiful memories of my mom while cherishing the privilege of being a mother to my three amazing kids: Arabella, Joseph, and Theodore,’ she wrote. ‘Sending so much love to all you superhuman mamas out there! Happy Mother’s Day!’
Ivana, who was Donald Trump’s first wife, was found dead at the age of 73 in her New York townhouse this past July after sustaining blunt impact injuries as the result of a fall down the stairs.
Ivanka has been candid about her grief on social media, and her latest post featured glamorous throwback photos of her mother when she was a child.
In one sweet image, a young Ivana is sitting inside a portable crib with one of her three children. Another shows her decked to the nines while helping Ivanka put on an earring. Ivanka’s post also featured snapshots of her children over the years, including their recent family portraits.
The former first daughter is dressed in a white dress with a floral pattern and black piping, while Jared has on a black sweater and jeans. Their children, Arabella, 11, Joseph, nine, and Theodore, seven, are all matching in black and white buffalo plaid button-down shirts and dark jeans.
In addition to the post, she shared a throwback video of her children gleefully fighting to cuddle with her on her Instagram Stories.
