Ivanka Trump recently took to her Instagram account and posted posted a picture from Miami. Her caption read:

Meanwhile, Yahoo News reported that the legal case involving Ivanka Trump and the Trump Organization is escalating. Allegations emerged that she failed to turn over the requested documents to Attorney General Letitia James’ office.
Despite having hired her own attorney to separate herself from her father and brother’s legal affairs, Ivanka is now facing charges that she has failed to provide all requested email communications from 2014 to 2017. While she provided some documents from the first nine months of her term. 2014 and a handful of emails from 2014 to 2016, it looks like she didn’t fully fulfill the request.
In response, James’s office criticized Ivanka for ignoring questions, giving substantive answers or shifting responsibility to attorneys no longer involved in the case.
The attorney general’s office has asked the defendants to provide affidavits detailing the procedure used to preserve, search, and produce the requested documents. It appears that the legal team representing Ivanka denied any obstruction, but the judge ordered them to submit affidavits describing the process of providing documents to state agencies, at the risk of perjury chance.
Despite Ivanka’s efforts to stay away from legal issues related to the Trump Organization, the attorney general’s office appears to have evidence that she was involved.
Despite leaving her job at the Trump Organization in 2017 to work at the White House, Ivanka is still facing scrutiny over fraud allegations involving her former employer. It remains to be seen what the outcome of this legal case will be, but it is clear that Ivanka is not out of the woods yet.
