Popular singer and actor Jennifer Lopez recently looked tense while she scoped out another home in Beverly Hills this week in the wake of the breakdown of her marriage to Ben Affleck via Daily Mail.
It has been noted that the 55-year-old Bronx native wore a chic button-up shirt and subtly striped wide-leg trousers to tour a $22M home after being forced to downsize from the $60M marital mansion she bought with the 51-year-old actor.
She could be seen in rolled up sleeves and tucked the shirt into her low-waisted pants, which she wore with a chunky heel. Her honey-blonde tresses were pulled into a low ponytail with loose pieces on her face.
It comes a couple of weeks after Affleck splurged on a $20M bachelor pad in the Pacific Palisades as she celebrated her birthday with family and friends in The Hamptons. Lopez was reportedly been left ‘furious and humiliated’ by her split from Affleck, ahead of an imminent divorce filing. The singer has made headlines alongside her spouse, with the two being involved in divorce rumors.
It has been noted that Jennifer’s potential new home boasts six bedrooms, and seven-and-a-half bathrooms, and is over 10,000 square feet. The Spanish-style villa was built in 1927 and is fully renovated.
The residence has courtyards, wood and inlaid floors, hand-stenciled wood beam ceilings, plus a chef’s kitchen with an eat-in breakfast area, according to Zillow. More perks of the space are a 1,000-bottle temperature-controlled wine room, 800 sq ft gym, and a guest house. Lopez reportedly reckoned that the 12-bedroom house she shared with Ben is ‘way too big for her.’ The estranged couple famously toured more than 80 properties before landing on the $61M mansion they purchased in 2023.
