Jake Paul Humiliated After Anderson Silva Restaurant Run In

Jake Paul is certainly one of the most well-known names in the world of professional boxing right now. Jake Paul proved all of his doubters wrong as he was able to last 8 rounds against Tyron Woodley, who many believed would destroy The Problem Child in the boxing match last year.

Jake Paul also defeated Tyron Woodley in their rematch as he knocked out Woodley with a solid right hand during the sixth round. Many fans were under the impression that the boxing match was staged.

Jake Paul announced on Tuesday that he will face MMA legend Anderson “The Spider” Silva on October 29th at Gila River Arena in Phoenix, Ariz., on Saturday, October 29.

The contest, which takes place at a catchweight of 187 pounds, will headline a Showtime Pay-Per-View card. Ariel Helwani has unearthed an embarrassing old Jake Paul tweet about meeting Silva.

“Anderson ‘The Spider’ Silva is the most versatile fighter the world has ever seen,” said Paul. “Just a year ago he outclassed boxing champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr., and showed the world why he is often referred to as the greatest fighter of all time.

“Every expert, from MMA to boxing, has said Jake Paul won’t fight Anderson Silva. They said Jake Paul is afraid of Anderson Silva, and Jake Paul would lose to Anderson Silva. Well, to all the non-believers – Jake Paul is fighting Anderson Silva. It’s an honor to have the opportunity to share the ring with the greatest UFC striker of all time. On Saturday, October 29, I will walk humbly into the ring, touch gloves with a living legend and do my best to exterminate ‘The Spider.’”
