Jake Paul Leaks Conor McGregor ‘Stealing’ In Photo

Jake Paul and Conor McGregor are both non-traditional boxers who have become very hot attractions in the sport. Paul is the famed internet celebrity who gained serious attention with his wins against Ben Askren and Nate Robinson. While Conor McGregor is the UFC legend who took Floyd Mayweather to his limits in the Summer of 2017. This Conor McGregor ‘retirement’ news was recently leaked.

However Jake Paul just accused the Irish icon of stealing his catchphrase. In a new post, McGregor uploaded a photo from his most recent match against Dustin Poirier in the lead-up to their upcoming fight on August 10th. McGregor, who can be seen nailing Poirier with a right handed punch in the photo added the caption: “gotcha ears”

Jake Paul has used a similar version of this line in the lead-up to the Floyd Mayweather fight when he came up with the popular ‘gotcha hat’ catchphrase and Paul himself would respond to the post, taking credit for McGregor’s line as he put: “I’m glad I could teach you something old man”.

While Conor McGregor does take on Dustin Poirier in a highly anticipated and hyped showdown later this week – one has to wonder if the seeds of a potential Conor McGregor Vs Jake Paul matchup could have very well just been planted?
