Jason Jordan’s injury reportedly forced WWE to change plans for Elimination Chamber

We noted before how Jason Jordan recently underwent a neck surgery and it appears that his injury has forced WWE to change the plans for the Men’s Elimination Chamber.

According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer, both Seth Rollins and Jordan were originally penciled to be part of the upcoming Chamber match.

Their participation in the Chamber would have also helped to start the build of their planned match at WrestleMania. However, Jason’s injury not only put him but Rollins out of the bout as well.

Regarding their feud, Meltzer says that it’s ‘not a dead issue’. Although there is no word yet on how long the former American Alpha member will stay out of action so their match is still in jeopardy.

As noted before, WWE has announced a second chance Fatal Four-way qualifying match for the upcoming Raw episode which will see Matt Hardy, Bray Wyatt, Finn Balor and Apollo Crews competing for the final spot in the Elimination Chamber.
