Jeff Hardy was arrested for driving while impaired back in October and now he is going to appear in court once again.
Hardy is due to be in court at the Moore County Court House to face charges of the offence on Friday. According to a report by PW Insider, his previous hearing on November 7th will be replaced by the upcoming one this week. Jeff Hardy was “attending to his health” in order to get it rescheduled.
He was arrested on October 3rd, where Hardy was observed swerving by police. During the time of arrest, it was observed he had a bloody nose, which was a result of a fight with his wife. However, no investigation was opened regarding domestic violence.
