Jeff Hardy’s Removed Twitter Page, Trish Stratus Update, and more

  • Jim Ross has posted a blog on his official website with highlights below:

    – Jeff Hardy has taken down his Twitter page which is a smart move. The less Jeff says about his legal entanglements the better. I do not believe for a moment that Jeff Hardy is a “drug trafficker” or “dealer.” I don’t know why Jeff allegedly was in possession of the drugs in question, there are lots of avenues of speculation, but hopefully there is be a viable explanation. Nonetheless this apparent mistake will hopefully be quickly and efficiently addressed so that Jeff can put this embarrassing ordeal behind him and focus on more positive things including his own physical and mental well being.

    – My “sources” tell me that Michael Cole will be a part of the 10th Anniversary of Smackdown which I feel is a good thing. I would have no issue if, say, Cole and the always entertaining JBL broadcast a match or all of them if that was the decision of the home office. This event will be taped in Boston on September 29.

    – I enjoyed Raw Monday night from Toronto. I don’t know what Trish Stratus could do that I wouldn’t like….I’m just saying. It seemed that Trish had a good time but I think she’s migrated nicely back into civilian life and has many opportunities to explore. Someone asked me if I ever thought if Trish would get back in WWE for a designated length of time and hit the road again and my assumption is, no….or a Monsoon-like, “Highly Unlikely.”
