The Revival has finally been released from WWE and now there are a lot of speculations about the future of the former Tag Team Champions.
During a recent interview with Top Rope Nation Wrestling Podcast, WWE legend and AEW commentator Jim Ross talked about a number of things related to the wrestling world.
When asked about the newest WWE releases possibly joining their company, Ross claimed that the duo would fit into their team very very well:
“I think they would fit into our team very, very well. You know, we’re trying to be a little bit more athletic, athletically oriented, more fundamentally sound in our storytelling, and The Revival team certainly fits that bill. They are one of the best tag teams in the world, period, no matter where it is. So I think they would do great in our company, whether that happens or not remains to be seen. There’ll be gross speculation that it’s a done deal, all that good stuff.”
As we noted before, recent reports have revealed that the Revival does not have a non compete clause associated with their release and they are free to sign with any promotion they like.
