Jim Ross undergoes skin cancer surgery, talks Roman Reigns

Jim Ross went under the knife for some surgery in regards to his skin cancer back in 2016. The WWE Hall of Famer revealed on The Ross Report, though, that he would be going in for another operation.

On the latest installment of his podcast, Ross said:

I’m getting a little cancer surgery on Thursday. I’m having some more skin cancer removed from my shoulder. There’s just a little of it left, but you want to get all of it. I’m getting that cut out on Thursday.

Ross’s surgery won’t interfere with any of his obligations, as he’ll make the trip to Miami, Florida for Chris Jericho’s Cruise this weekend.

JR also took time to address Roman Reigns, who revealed his battle with Leukemia on Monday Night Raw.

Sometimes in our lives, when we think we’ve seen everything…something comes along once or twice in a career, maybe once in a lifetime, that creates an event or a moment that can’t be replicated with auditions and scripts and rehearsals.

The fact that WWE allowed Roman to come to the ring and make this announcement in his own words, I assure you, they were in his own words, I thought that was very admirable.

JR went on to praise Reigns and urged fans to send good vibes his way.
