John Cena has been in a relationship with his girlfriend Shay Shariatzadeh for a long time. It seems they might have taken the next step.
Cena was seen at the Belmont Park in San Diego, California. He took selfies with fans there and Shay was seen in one of the photos. Some fans were able to notice something interesting.
Shay Shariatzadeh could be seen wearing a ring on her finger. This would imply Cena proposed to her and the couple are engaged to be married.
Cena also made a post on Instagram that said: “Stone Cold Sweethearts — Say Yes.” which definitely made fans think the two are going to tie the knot. He then made another post showing a painting of a bride and groom.
We will have to see if John Cena publicly announces his engagement.
