John Cena was met by members of the media this week while in Las Vegas for CinemaCon. While there, he was asked about the breakup with his longtime girlfriend, Nikki Bella. Cena spoke to Access, stating that he’s having a hard time.
I’m not doing well. I love Nicole, and we’re not together. It sucks. I love her and I miss her, and that’s that.
Cena also spoke to TMZ Sports about the split, claiming that his heart still hurts for Nikki Bella.
I love Nicole with all my heart and the split’s tough. It’s a tough time but that’s life. We all go through highs and we all go through lows.
I’m gonna get through it. I love her. I’ll always love her. The fact that my heart hurts for her… I know I was in love. So, I’ll always have that.
Cena was at CinemaCon to promote his new film, Bumblebee. While the 16-time world champion hasn’t made an appearance for the WWE since WrestleMania 34, he’ll be in Saudi Arabia on Friday as he takes on Triple H at the Greatest Royal Rumble
