John Cena WrestleMania 38 Bombshell Revealed

John Cena is a 16-time World Champion in WWE, being the face of the company for over a decade. This was until he shifted to a part-time schedule back in 2017. Many fans have been wanting to see Cena make his return at this year’s WrestleMania but it is doubtful it will even happen. He has also worked in several films over the years, including Fast and Furious 9, The Suicide Squad, and others. John Cena’s real fight with fired WWE star also leaked recently.

John Cena challenged Roman Reigns for the WWE Universal Title at the WWE SummerSlam pay-per-view last year and despite working his hardest, he was unable to beat the Tribal Chief for the title. He has also not been seen on WWE television since the SummerSlam encounter with the Tribal Chief.

John Cena was a bodybuilder and an avid one at that before he turned to a career in the world of professional wrestling. John Cena’s transformation from a pro wrestling star to a Hollywood actor has been a long and difficult road for him.

According to a report by Ringside News, John Cena is not currently in the plans for this year’s WrestleMania 38 Premium Live Event but has been discussed regardless.

“Cena was discussed, as was everyone outside of religion and politics, but Cena was never a real possibility.”

In other John Cena news and notes, during a recent appearance on the Sports Guys Talk Wrestling podcast, former WWE Champion Drew McIntyre discussed how he took the self-proclaimed ‘John Cena approach’ to rehab while on the sidelines with a cervical neck strain. McIntyre would eventually make a quick return by returning in the 2022 Men’s Royal Rumble match. Credit to WrestlingNews.co for the below.

“They dropped a lighting rig on my head and I came back three and a half weeks later. I think everybody, including the doctor, was surprised at how soon I was able to come back. They told me, ‘You’re not making the Rumble. WrestleMania is possible, but let’s say it’s unlikely right now.’ ‘Okay Doc, no problem. I went straight to rehab and I’ve always had the John Cena approach to rehab with every injury.”
