John Cena is a 16-time World Champion in WWE and has been the face of the company for over a decade until he shifted to a part-time schedule back in 2017. Many fans have been wanting to see Cena make his return at this year’s WrestleMania. He is also worked with Vin Diesel on Fast and Furious 9. John Cena was also humiliated by Brock Lesnar at his WWE SummerSlam match.
John Cena challenged Roman Reigns for the WWE Universal Title at SummerSlam and despite working his hardest, was unable to beat the Tribal Chief for the title.
Chris Kanyon was the latest topic of discussion for this week’s episode of Dark Side of the Ring. John Cena’s time the Howard Stern show seems to have drawn the ire of fans as he stated that Chris Kanyon “wasn’t any good.”
Fans are upset with John Cena and some want him to be “cancelled.” While some want him to be cancelled, other fans have come to John Cena’s defence as well.
“So correct me if I’m mistaken, but John Cena is getting “cancelled” for saying someone isn’t good at wrestling?
Regardless of what people say, John Cena is very unlikely to get cancelled as he is simply too big a name and part of pop culture now.
