Recently, on the newest episode of ‘The Nitty Gritty Dirt Show,’ Billi Bhatti sat down with this weeks co-host, Jeff Lane as Jeff is filling in for Vince Russo. The two talked about a vast landscape of all things pro-wrestling. We’ll be focusing on John Cena’s possible return in this article today.
Billi Bhatti: “There’s this idea, internally, that at one of the WrestleMania’s they are going to find a way at some point to vacate the WWE championship over the next three or four years providing that Ric Flair is still alive. So, Randy Orton is supposed to referee a match between Randy Orton and John Cena.”
Bhatti continues with WWE’s wild plans: “This is a main event that they 100% want to do to see if Orton or Cena get past Flair (title wins) in the same match. So, if or when they can, this is why Orton title reigns are gonna be shoe-horned in over the next two or three years.”
I have no words for this. It sounds like a great idea and a horrible idea all in one match.
