It’s reported that John Cena will be facing Samoa Joe for the US Championship at WrestleMania 35. Cena has been pushing for the match as the pair have known one another since the beginning of their careers in UPW.
Incidentally, they had been scheduled to feud last year, but an injury to Joe derailed those plans.
Joe also name dropped Cena in a segment on SmackDown LIVE marking the likely first tease of a possible match:
