Jon Jones recently scripted history when he defeated Ciryl Gane in the main event of UFC 285. With the historic win, Jones lifted the heavyweight title. He joined the list of select UFC fighters to have won titles in two different weight classes, as Jones had also been the light heavyweight champion earlier.

Fans were amazed to witness that Jones was accompanied by his fiancee, Jessie Moses, for his heavyweight debut last night. ‘Bones’ was involved in a domestic violence dispute with Moses in Las Vegas in 2021 and had not publicly acknowledged her since February 2022.
Jon Jones thanked his fiancee for her support during his post-fight speech, stating that she was his “biggest supporter.” He then alluded to having found redemption from his past transgressions when speaking to Jon Anik and Michael Eaves of ESPN following UFC 285:
“We all have our past, and thank God that he’s making me the man that I am today. Me and my family are better than we ever have been. I just thank God so much for him using me to let other people see that none of us are perfect, and that despite your downfalls, the sky is the limit for those who don’t give up, for those who know how to get down on their knees and pray. And I thank God for this platform. It means the world to me.”
