At AEW Double Or Nothing, Moxley was on the receiving end of horrible beatings dished to him. The Young Bucks continued their assault prior to Dynamite this week. Moxley is out of action and there’s no telling when he will be back.
During AEW Dynamite recently, Excalibur said that Jon Moxley is out of action “indefinitely” after that assault from the Young Bucks. This is an issue as Jon is still one of the biggest stars that AEW have.
Of course, Jon is actually okay, thankfully. The rumor is that AEW gave Moxley extra time off so he can be with Renee Paquette as the couple prepares for the arrival of their daughter. It should be noted that Jon’s time out will be significant. While there is no word on how long this will be, it will be a decent amount of time.
Expect Jon to pick up where the storyline picked up when he does come back, however as the feud drew great numbers and AEW will most likely be sticking with the formula here.
