Kamala had reportedly tested positive for COVID-19, cause of death revealed

News broke out earlier today that former WWE star Kamala has passed away and a new report has now revealed some more details on his death.

 


 

Jason King from Bleacher Report made a tweet recently. He confirmed that he spoke with Kamala’s wife earlier today and revealed that the wrestling veteran had tested positive for Covid-19.

He was admitted to the hospital on Wednesday night after the positive test and according to Kamala’s wife, the wrestling star passed away after he went into a cardiac arrest:

Kamala started his wrestling career in 1978. He wrestled for many companies such as WCW, Mid-South Wrestling, TNA and had several short stints with WWE.

WWE posted a press release on his passing on their website and many wrestling personalities including Bret Hart and others have commented on his passing since the news broke out.
