WWE star Keith Lee recently made his return to the company after a sudden and long hiatus. During the period, the fans speculated about his ill health. ‘The Limitless’ had said that he would discuss his absence from the company.
Keith Lee opens up on the absence
He recently spoke in a new video about his girlfriend and fellow WWE star Mia Yim testing positive for COVID-19 back in January. Eventually, she was also pulled out of this year’s Women’s Royal Rumble match. Lee said he had COVID first. Keith Lee also revealed doctors diagnosing him with a life threatening heart issue.
In the video clip he said:
“If it weren’t for her, I don’t know how things would have gone.The only reason she did contract it, is she refused to not be there and take care of me, and unfortunately that ended up costing her an opportunity in the Royal Rumble.”
Mia Yim had previously confirmed the news of testing positive for the virus back in January. She had said:
“I have been getting tested every week for several months now, all have been negatives. I was negative last week. I got tested this afternoon, less than an hour ago and it came back positive. Please respect my privacy. Please stay safe, wash your hands, and wear a mask. See you all soon!”
Mia Yim has been on a hiatus since then and has not been featured in the programming.
