Hall-of-Famer Kevin Nash was one of the founding members of the legendary stable New World Order, along with Scott Hall and Hulk Hogan. NWO is arguably one of the greatest storyline angles in pro wrestling history.
Nash recently sat down with The Hashtag Show, where he was asked which present-day female Superstar from WWE he would choose to be in NWO. He had no hesitation in picking the name – it was Sasha Banks.
Kevin Nash praises Sasha Banks
To back his choice of Sasha Banks as the current female Superstar he would have in NWO, Nash praised her match at this year’s SummerSlam. He said that the psychology at play was impressive – something that he is not seeing anywhere else at the moment.
Nash commended Sasha highly and called her “the total package”.
“I thought her match at SummerSlam, the psychology was amazing. There was some thought…they worked it back-and-forth. I’m not seeing that anywhere else. I’m seeing that in her match. She’s very attractive and she has that swag. She’s the total package.” H/T Fightful
Sasha Banks in WWE
Sasha Banks faced Asuka at SummerSlam in August, where the latter challenged her and her tag team partner Bayley for both the WWE Women’s titles. Bayley successfully defended her SmackDown title but Banks failed to retain her RAW title.
The two lost their WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship title as well to Shayna Baszler and Nia Jax at Payback. Following this, Bayley turned on Sasha Banks and used a steel chair to stomp on her neck from the second rope.
Banks sought revenge by attacking Bayley with a steel chair a couple of weeks ago on SmackDown.
I don’t even have to be at 100% to make you feel me! Imagine if I was at full capacity?! Still. That. Bitch. pic.twitter.com/KWVjzi91TT

She cut a promo addressing Bayley the following week, where she broke open the neck brace she was wearing since the attack and said she was coming for Bayley’s SmackDown Women’s Championship.
