Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn have a storied rivalry that has continued throughout various promotions including ROH and WWE. Kevin Owens also recently dropped a cryptic AEW bombshell.
With former WWE NXT Superstar Adam Cole making his way to AEW last week at the AEW All Out pay-per-view, many fans have been wondering if more top talents will take their skills to AEW as well. Thanks to Kevin Owens’ recent tweet, many fans began speculating that he will make his way to the company as well.
To add to the rumors, Kevin Owens once again dropped a huge hint regarding his AEW status. The former Universal Champion made a slight tweak to his Twitter account, which definitely did not go unnoticed by fans. He did something similar to what The Young Bucks have done on the social networking platform. WrestleVotes report that Owens may not be coming alone to AEW.
At this point, the more interesting news is going to be who actually STAYS when their contract is up…

Elsewhere, Owens recently celebrated 5 years since he first won the WWE Universal Championship.
“Hey, guys. My wife reminded me this morning that five years ago today, something pretty cool happened, and then I got on Twitter, and I saw that a lot of people are reminding me of what happened there as well.” Owens continued, “A lot of people remember it very well. And, man, the last five years have been a roller coaster. You know, lots of highs, lots of lows, lots of ups and downs, you get it though, the roller coaster it goes like this — you get it, right? And the highs are great, but the lows, sometimes they’re really hard to take for somebody who cares a lot. And who’s very passionate about this, like I am.”
