Kevin Owens says would have handled his heel turn differently than what WWE did

Kevin Owens turned heel on Kofi Kingston a couple of weeks ago and is now feuding with him for the WWE championship. He will be challenging Kofi for the WWE Championship at Money In The Bank.

While speaking to The Wrap, KO admitted that he would have waited a little longer before turning heel. However, Kevin’s surprising heel turn that happened all of a sudden was something the fans didn’t expect either.

“If I’m gonna speak candidly about it, I would have done it differently. I would have turned on Kofi differently at a different time.”

“I ended up being wrong because once I did it, I knew that was the right time and place,”

Kevin Owens didn’t attack Kofi Kingston this week on RAW which people were expected him to. So perhaps Owens will only jump on Kingston when people are least expecting it.

It will be interesting to see what happens at Money In The Bank.
