WWE Hall of Famer and popular musician Kid Rock, who is Trump-loving rocker reportedly got off the track as he agreed to be interviewed by Rolling Stone journalist David Peisner via Raw Story.
It has come to light that during the interview, Peisner and Kid Rock got into a heated discussion about former President Donald Trump’s dehumanizing rhetoric about immigrants following which Kid Rock began pounding down Jim Beams and Diet Cokes.
It’s at this point that he began to get especially belligerent, according to Peisner.
“He’s sitting in a dark leather chair, shouting at me about something or other, when he reaches behind the seat, pulls out a black handgun, and waves it around to make some sort of point,” writes the Rolling Stone journalist.
“And I got a f—–g g—–n gun right here if I need it!” he Kid Rock shouted, according to Peisner. “I got them everywhere!”
During the same interview, Kid Rock attemped to make the case that the Republican Party was the best one for Black Americans even as he repeatedly used the N-word to talk about them.
“It was the Republicans that freed the f—–g slaves!” Rock insisted.
“Yes, but the Republicans were the progressive party back then,” replied Peisner.
“I know where you’re going with this, and I’ll tell you why I don’t,” Rock says. “Because Trick Trick, the hardest-hitting n—-r in Detroit, was like, ‘Dog, you had that shit right. We need Trump.’ I’ll call him right fucking now… I’m telling you. These dogs are calling me like, ‘Yo, n—-r, you had that one right!’”
At another point in the interview, Kid Rock started lamenting that he’s not as beloved by music fans as Prince was.
“‘Purple Rain’ is probably the greatest Prince song ever written,” he said. “Prince is known for ‘Purple Rain.’ I’m known for shooting up Bud Light cans!”
