Bundy is fondly remembered for his run in the WWE back in the 80s. He won against SD Jones in nine seconds at the very first Wrestlemania. A Wrestlemania record that was unbeaten until 2008. He also competed in the first ever singles main event match at Wrestlemania 2, in a steel cage match against Hulk Hogan. It was also the first ever steel cage match in the history of Wrestlemania.
Details regarding Bundy’s passing is still unknown, but we will keep you updated regarding the matter as we get to know more.
Our thoughts and prayers to Bundy’s family and friends during these hard times.
RIP my friend. Thanks for your humor and kindness. #KingKongBundy pic.twitter.com/MdzLtvyy6S
