Kofi Kingston ‘Botches’ AJ Styles Raw Match?

Kofi Kingston was a one-time WWE Champion and while he was flying high during that historic title win, Kofi surely wasn’t flying high during the latest edition of WWE Monday Night Raw. On the latest Raw, Kofi was facing AJ Styles and went for a death-defying top rope move to the outside of the ring. However, Kofi seemingly missed the move by several inches and although AJ Styles tried to save the move, Kingston ultimately fell quite awkwardly. You can view the alleged botch below. Kofi Kingston reacted to this WrestleMania ‘burial’ not too long ago.

In other news regarding Kofi Kingston, during a recent interview with Robbie Fox on My Mom’s Basement, newly banned WWE Smackdown star, Daniel Bryan discussed why his WrestleMania 35 match against Kingston is one of his all time favorites. Credit to RingsideNews for the below.

“My favorite match in my WWE career is my match with Kofi at WrestleMania 35. It’s so special and such a cool moment. One of the things that I love is it’s Kofi winning at the end. WrestleMania 30, my shoulder is horrible, I hurt my neck, I have this horrible pain down my arm and I have to get up and do media the next morning.

Kofi Kingston recently reacted to this ‘burial’ of a top WWE Raw superstar. Bryan continued: “Everyone comes up to you and are like ‘congratulations.’ There’s a lot of responsibility. When I wrestled Kofi, everyone goes to Kofi and says congratulations to him. I get to have my moment with him and be like ‘Hey man, thanks. That was awesome.’ Then, I get to hug my wife and daughter and go home the next day. Kofi is the one who has to do media and deal with people congratulating him.”
