WWE had brought Kurt Angle back to announce the main roster call up of Matt Riddle and Angle later revealed that the company had actually offered him a managerial role for the Ultimate Bro.
However, the Olympic Gold Medallist had declined the offer from the company officials and he recently revealed the reason behind his decision.
Angle recently had an interview with PWinsider where he revealed that he did not take the offer from WWE because the money he was offered was not up to the mark:
“Two reasons – one was my [nutrition] company I started needed my attention 100%, especially with the virus thing and I had to just be there for the company and the other thing was the money, it just…it wasn’t enough. I wasn’t going to manage somebody for the amount of money they wanted to give me.”
